Workmate

Workmate is an asset, facilities and maintenance management system
designed to be easy to implement and run.
Workmate can be operated by any staff member and comprises three
logon options for different working groups.

- Fault logging by production operators and other staff not involved
in hands-on maintenance
A simple Work Order Wizard enables production
operators and shift staff to log faults that have occurred.
This is in the form of a simple 4 step process (see Workmate
Tour). Production personnel are also able to look up work
requests that they have generated to check on progress of
their fault logs. This enables production staff to remain
a part of the information cycle.

- Operational and maintenance staff
More comprehensive access to information is
enabled for maintenance and engineering supervisory staff
who are using the system daily. Access to history files and
day to day running of the system is a normal part of the working
day for in-house maintenance staff and contractors. Their
needs are met by providing almost total navigation of Workmate
using the mouse only.

- Management and management reporting
Workmate provides an intelligent reporting
structure that enables easy reporting on selected or grouped
areas. Reports can be created and saved by individual users
in a free-form style or managers can use the pre set reports
to analyse day to day, monthly or activity for any selected
period.
